Do we still get to blather on about face and makeup and hair care routines? If so I should admit I’ve been off the coconut oil bandwagon for some time now. Melting that stuff was just such a pain in the ass PROCESS and twice the jar I kept in the bathroom went rancid which was really awesome to discover right before I smeared it on my face (I should note, not like - maggots or anything…just a weird smell).
Anyway I got on the oil-as-moisturizer bandwagon due to Josie Maran’s Argan oils magical, delicious smelling and quick-absorbing properties. And I know Josie Maran does all kinds of wonderful things for women and has lots of great reasons why 1.7 oz costs $48…but when I was coming off the coconut oil I couldn’t fathom spending so much. So I was at my favorite hippie grocery store (Earth Fare, if you must know) & I found this little dude in the beauty section w/ Jojoba, tea tree, etc oils.
And this is my third bottle. Costs $11~ for 1 oz. at the grocery store. convenient little pump. No melting required. I love it. I highly recommend it.
